INSTANT SOUP CROUTONS



We are producing croutons for both instant and regular soups. Process starts with baking the special bread,then dicing into required size,drying and frying with vegetable fat.Seasoning with various herbs and spices is possible upon request.Many packaging alternatives are possible after metal detection. Our croutons keep their chrunchy structure until you finish eating your soup.



FROZEN CREAM PUFFS



Our deep frozen cream puffs are being produced especially for B2B and catering industry. The puffs are made of wheat flour,pastorised eggs and vegetable oil and baked.On the other side ,the cream filling is produced using our special mixer,and the cream is filled into the puffs automatically.The product is packed to the required pack size,and deep frozen to -18°C. All the process is realised under controlled atmosphere conditions.​
